Get Angry but be Careful
Anger - usually linked to poor communication.
I dropped myself from a moving #bike just because I was angry with the man behind the wheels (my friend). All thanks to God, no major wounds but nearly cost me something that money wouldn't solve.
Are you the type that go an extra mile with your burning spirit of anger just because you want to proof a point or communicate your feelings?
I met my ex girl with her so called brother on the same bed having sex. And this same girl begged me from the beginning of our relationship of 8 months that no sex because she is a virgin.....#sad.
If you were to be me, what will you do?
Don't let your anger take control of your actions because you will surely misbehave. And whatever you lose @ that moment of your burning anger will cost you more than your tears.........
The process of resolving negative emotions is that you ask yourself how often do you snap into the wrong feeling and then ask yourself what you can learn from it. The learning needs to be:
Positive
Future focused
Question to Ask yourself.
who have you not listened to or who were you not patient with because they did not understand your communication? What will you change next time in order to learn from this?
